GIRLS AGILITY

A strength and agility class to help girls prepare their bodies for sports or just get in better shape. Strength training will work on balance, control and body awareness, focusing on movement and proper technique. Agility training will focus on cardio and hand/eye coordination.

Ages 5 and up. 

Sessions:
